Ingredients
- 12 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter (crunchy/creamy)
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- A sprinkle of Nutmeg
- 2 cups Water
- Sliced Bananas (optional)
NB: Peanuts can be used instead of peanut butter but have to be crushed.
Steps
- Put peanut butter, ice and some water in a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Gradually add milk continuing blending.
- Thoroughly blend until the mixture is liquefied.
- Add more water if the liquid is thick.
- Using a sieve, strain the mixture into a jug by pouring a little bit at a time.
- Add the vanilla essence, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey.
- Mix thoroughly and serve cold.
NB: Adding sliced bananas to the drink and blending is a good way to get some potassium in your diet.
